Brouillon — validation juridique en attente

Scope and informational use

[Translation pending — EN fallback] Cette page est temporairement affichée en anglais pendant la finalisation de la version française validée.

This website is operated for business-to-business marketing, technical introduction, and inquiry intake. Unless we explicitly state otherwise in a signed commercial document, the content on this site is for general information only and does not itself create a binding sales offer, development commitment, exclusivity arrangement, or long-term supply obligation.

If you continue to browse the site, submit an inquiry, or request a quotation, you agree to use the site lawfully, accurately, and in a way that does not disrupt our systems, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with other visitors or service providers.

Quotes, samples, and orders

All quotations, lead times, sample programs, pricing ranges, and performance illustrations shown on the site are indicative unless confirmed in writing by an authorized representative of Wiltson Energy. Product availability, certification scope, tooling plans, and manufacturing schedules may change depending on design review, component supply, export controls, and project-specific validation results.

Any order, pilot run, or development project will be governed by the final commercial documents agreed between the parties, including a quotation, purchase order acknowledgement, supply agreement, statement of work, or other signed terms that expressly supersede generic website content where they conflict.

Technical materials and reliance

Technical descriptions, charts, drawings, and case references are prepared to help procurement, engineering, and compliance teams evaluate whether a low-temperature battery platform may be suitable for a project. They are not a substitute for project-specific testing, qualification, safety review, or integration validation performed under real operating conditions.

You remain responsible for confirming fitness for your intended application, including thermal design, charging logic, enclosure integration, transport compliance, and any industry-specific regulatory approvals. We recommend that every deployment decision be based on the latest approved datasheet and the final signed technical specification.

Customer obligations

If you submit a form or request technical support, you must provide information that is accurate, lawful, and authorized for disclosure. You must not send malware, export-controlled data that you are not permitted to disclose, third-party confidential materials without permission, or personal data that is unnecessary for the commercial purpose of the request.

If your organization asks us to evaluate a custom project, you are responsible for ensuring that the design requirements, operating assumptions, and compliance targets you provide are current and complete. Delays or inaccuracies in those materials may affect timelines, pricing, or design feasibility.

Intellectual property and confidentiality

Unless explicitly licensed in writing, this site and its content, including text, brand assets, layouts, graphics, and downloadable materials, remain the property of Wiltson Energy or its licensors. You may use the site internally for legitimate evaluation and procurement purposes, but you may not reproduce, republish, reverse engineer, scrape at scale, or redistribute protected content in a misleading or competing context.

Confidentiality obligations for engineering files, pricing, or development discussions arise only under the specific NDA, contract, or purchase documentation signed by the parties. Submitting an unsolicited idea through the website does not by itself create a confidential relationship.

Liability, governing law, and disputes

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its general informational content are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, absolute accuracy, or suitability for every business scenario, and we exclude indirect, incidental, special, and consequential losses arising solely from reliance on public website materials.

Specific warranties, liability caps, governing law, and dispute resolution mechanisms must be set out in the signed commercial documents for a transaction. Until those documents exist, any question or dispute relating to the website itself should be raised first through TODO: legal@wiltsonenergy.com so that we have an opportunity to investigate and respond.
